Muay Thai Circuit is about good health and fitness. It is about shedding weight, losing fat, getting toned and improving your general well being. Based on intensive fight training programs of professional fighters the Muay Thai Circuit is a non-contact program designed to get the average person into excellent cardiovascular health. Many elements are taken directly from the training program of the Matrix Fight Team.
