TRAIN LIKE A FIGHTER

The Train Like a Fighter Program at Matrix is designed for the person whose primary focus is to improve their knowledge of self defense and advance their skill level in Muay Thai.

Class Description

The train like a fighter program focuses on the technical aspects of Muay Thai. Learn the finer technical points of how to Punch, Kick, Knee, Elbow and Stand up Clinching. Training sessions will include a selection of plyometrics, body conditioning, targeted pad work, partner drills and work using a punch and kick bag.
