I have been involved in Muay Thai training and fighting for over 10 years now, Muay Thai and fitness is my life and passion. I thoughly enjoy the challenge of training at an elite level and after all these years of training and fighting, I still love it. It’s a sport where you can learn to fight in the ring, defend yourself for the street or just to get fit. Muay Thai is for all ages groups, men, women and children are able to participate.
